Women in Film & Business is a new Adelaide-based industry event designed to bring together women working across film, television and entrepreneurship for meaningful professional connection, industry conversation and career development.

Founded and presented by Indie Film Marketing, the inaugural event will take place in Adelaide on Sunday, 7 February 2027, bringing together emerging, mid-career and established filmmakers.

The event will feature a keynote speaker, three-person industry panel, catered brunch and dedicated networking.

Women in Film & Business is designed to create an environment where women can not only hear from established industry leaders, but also meet one another, exchange knowledge, develop professional relationships and explore the business behind building sustainable careers in film and business.
